If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Listings with free shipping are Free to any Business, Residence, or picked up at the closest Terminal we have to you. Free Shipping is to any of the lower 48 states.

• Terminal pick-up How it works: 1st we will confirm the terminal location nearest your residence. When you arrive at the terminal for pick-up they will load it for you onto a trailer, in the back of the vehicle, etc…
• Be sure to provide a contact phone number when requesting delivery to your residence or Terminal pick-up.
Change of address after an item has shipped (even if it’s down the block) will incur a $250 fee. This is a FedEx fee and we do not keep this fee.
INSURANCE: Insurance is included on all shipments
• Your shipment is fully insured when it is shipped. If any damage occurs or there are missing parts please be sure to note it when you sign for the product. If you don’t notice until after you unpack it, that’s ok, take some. pictures and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can process your claim and get you the parts you need so you can start using your product.
