If you don’t answer FedEx’s call to schedule the appointment within 3-4 days, the machine will be returned to Betstco, and refunded minus 15% and return shipping

If you need to return an item, simply email us at Cservice@betstco.com with your name and order number. We will send return instructions via email. You notified by email and will be refunded once we have received and processed your return.

1:LRequest Return within 60 days of purchase requesting a Return Authorization Number(RAN). 2:You will be given a (RAN) item must be received within 14 days or (RAN) will be voided. 3:An inspection of items will be made to determine the condition of the item is the same as when shipped. 4: After inspection, an Email will be sent determining the Status of the Return. 5: Refund of all costs except full return shipping cost and damages noted upon return +15% restocking fee. We Use FedEx Freight LTL for all shipments over 125lbs.

All freight items are shipped via freight truck only.

Shipping is $250 flat rate to any Business, Residence, or picked up at the closest Terminal we have to you. $250 flat rate Shipping is to any of the lower 48 states. 

 – FedEx Freight only recognizes a business as an address having a commercial sign displaying its name and address number.

 – Terminal pick-up  How it works: 1st we will confirm the terminal location nearest your residence. When you arrive at the terminal for pick-up they will load it for you onto a trailer, in the back of the vehicle, etc…

  – Be sure to provide a contact phone number when requesting delivery to your residence or Terminal pick-up.  

• Change of address after an item has shipped (even if it’s down the block) will incur a $300 fee. This is a FedEx fee and we do not keep this fee.

 INSURANCE: Insurance is included on all shipments  

– Your shipment is fully insured when it is shipped. If any damage occurs or there are missing parts please be sure to note it when you sign for the product. If you don’t notice until after you unpack it, that’s ok, take some pictures and send them to cservice@betstco.com so we can process your claim and get you the parts you need so you can start using your product.
